Covenant Strength

For all properties acquired by the Property Income Trust for Charities there is considerable due diligence carried out on the financial security of the covenant. This includes close scrutiny of the Company’s accounts, other financial information as well as direct liaison with the Managing or Finance Director.

As Managers to the Fund, Mayfair Capital review all Companies who are tenants to the Fund’s properties with reference to Dun & Bradstreet and their Risk Indicator scores. This score not only includes financial analysis but also an assessment of: trade payment record; principal personnel; demographics; economic index and public data.
