The Fund has been awarded the 2025 AREF Quality Mark – Recognising Excellence in Transparency and Governance.
The Charities and Endowments team are pleased to announce that PITCH has received the AREF (Association of Real Estate Funds) Quality Mark for another year running and is now listed on their new Compliance Register which is available here.
The AREF Quality Mark is a symbol of excellence in corporate governance for unlisted UK property funds. It is awarded to funds that comply with the AREF Code of Practice, which emphasises three key principles:
- Operational Integrity
- Transparency
- Accountability
Funds that achieve this Mark demonstrate a commitment to high standards in governance and transparency, making it easier for investors and advisers to identify trustworthy investment options. The Quality Mark is renewed annually, ensuring that funds maintain these standards over time.
