The results of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) 2026 have been announced.
We are pleased to share that PITCH has continued to improve its GRESB performance, achieving a score of 87.5 out of 100, up from 84 last year, and increasing its rating from three to four stars.
The improved result reflects the continued success of the team to enhance the sustainability performance of the portfolio through active asset management and positive tenant engagement, whilst delivering against PITCH’s responsible investment objective.
Swiss Life Asset Managers has been a member of GRESB since 2018. GRESB is an industry-driven organisation that prepares annual assessments of the performance of real estate funds, real estate companies and infrastructure funds on the basis of environmental, social and governance factors. Its assessments are based on a holistic approach.
